"I had to write a review for these guys because I was so blown away by their service and how they went the extra mile for me on Valentines day. I wanted to send a valentine to my wife and daughter and I just picked the lowest package and told them to address the card to both and I wrote a little message, added in some chocolates, very standard. I had called them the day of hoping they could do a same day delivery and they said no problem and the conversation ended with that they didn't know when I would get it, just by EOD today, which yeah all made sense. Well, here's where the magic starts. So that was around 10am in the morning, I think it must have been about 1pm or so when I see them pull up, so I go tell my daughter to see who's at the door, and not only do they hand over my big vase of flowers but they had put together a little mini arrangement in a valentines day coffee cup, just for my daughter. Oh if you could have seen how excited she was that she got her very own valentines delivered to her, that she could carry and show her mom, well, it was really special. That wasn't something I thought of, that was just a special touch added by the B & B Floral team. So, yes, these guys have my business for life and I'll be getting all my valentines day flowers and all my other flowers from them going forward, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"OMG! This is the most fabulous florist I have ever used. My aunt’s 91st birthday was a few days after Christmas. I called B&B from Texas and requested an arrangement to be delivered. I wanted it to be colorful and special for this monumental birthday and preferably less than $100. This is what arrived, right on time. My aunt was blown away! She couldn’t even lift it to put on her table. Thank you B&B for making my aunt’s day very, very special."

"Finding a good florist can be a task, especially if it is for an out of state delivery. When I decided on a floral arrangement, I called and spoke with Jay. The Always a Lady bouquet caught my eye, and although the dimensions in the description were good. I wanted a taller and fuller arrangement. Jay worked with me in customizing this bouquet. I upgraded to a taller vase than the premium standard one and questioned the flower fullness in the arrangement. Jay assured me there were plenty of Lilly's on each stem, and he guaranteed the arrangement would be beautiful and full. Another important detail for me was scent. The scent had to match the vision, I was assured the Lilly's would give off a wonderful scent. Jay completely understood the assignment, and the man knocked it out of the park!! Highly recommend getting your floral arrangements designed here. You'll definitely get your monies worth. Your receiver will be "WOW'd""

"Wow! What a gorgeous looking standing spray! It was the prettiest one at my cousin's funeral. Ordered the Magnificent Life Spray over the phone after seeing the picture of it on their website. We substituted yellow roses for white and the spray turned out to be stunning! Thanks to Jackie for taking the order over the phone and being so friendly and accommodating."

"Outstanding Customer Service and amazing efforts when there are mix-ups. Jackie at B&B Floral did an amazing arrangement for my daughter's anniversary. There was a slight mix up due to my daughter's allergy to lily blooms and the delivery driver. Jackie was very thorough and professional to resolve the issues and her responses to us were above anything I have ever seen from a florist before.
