"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Unprofessional conduct and staff. They were not able to complete my flower order the way I had ordered it and not once did I receive a phone call to let me know about the fallacy. It is now the day of valentines and I have no flowers. Did not offer compensation and staff was rude during the refund process. Needless to say I will be taking my complaints to my platforms on social media and I will never be returning here. Save yourselves the headache."
