"I had a couple of items to return today, and this woman was speaking to me as if she were doing me a favor. When I handed her the items, she asked me, ‘How about the Burlington tags?’ It is not my job to look for their tags on the items I was returning. She spoke to me in a rude tone, demanding my phone number without any courtesy such as ‘please’ or ‘excuse me.’ It felt like she was treating me as if she were doing me a favor. When I mentioned that her tone was inappropriate for customer service, she became defensive, stating that she knew what she was saying. It was a very unpleasant experience. I’m unsure if her inability to speak proper English or her manner of speaking to customers was the issue. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing."

"Nice selection with reasonable prices, but I wish they had more clothing for larger sizes. Not all women want to where there clothing so tight. But overall I like this location and am happy to suggest that others go see what they can find."

"As per reply from the "Burlington Team" Please see pictures attached. Store is a mess! You couldn’t walk around the store because merchandise was all over the ground!! Not only is it messy but a hazard to all shoppers. Meanwhile the staff is laughing and on phones on the registers."

"There are currently two cashiers available and a long line of people. Poor planning by management. And the place is maintained shoddily. You can find some amazing bargains but the place is disorganized, messy and depressing. And when I returned home and prepared to wash the three-pairs of Perry Ellis I purchased (in a single box), I discovered only two pairs of underwear in the box. Previous Review They used to be called Burlington Coat Factory but under their revamped name, they are a discount outlet which reminded me of a large and roomier Ross'. I purchased car mats at an amazing price but found the place depressing."
