"Come here if you want to wait 90+ minutes, be incorrectly billed, receive threatening letters, then have the incorrectly billed amount go to collections. I came in here for a routine annual physical about 2 years ago. Not only did I wait more than an hour and a half to see the doctor, but I was incorrectly billed for an additional $350+ dollars. I paid my copay for the physical, called my insurance, they confirmed office incorrectly billed, but I still got the nasty threatening letters telling me to pay for their incorrect billing. I called the office, but they refused to correct the errors on their end. Now that account is has gone to collections and has hurt my credit score which was excellent. I pay my debt and bills, but not when I am incorrectly billed. Everyone in the office were absolute pieces of human feces from the incompetent billing secretary to the inexperienced doctors who rushed through my physical."
