"I was seeing Lisa while my mother battled terminal brain cancer. Once my mother passed away, Lisa ghosted me. The last communication I ever had with her was when I was trying to schedule my next appointment as usual and she told me she raised her rates. This was fine with me. When I asked her what her new rate was, I never ever heard back from her. It was the most bizarre thing to have my therapist ghost me especially after the passing of my mother."

"My daughter made a difficult call for help. She deals with severe depression, including suicidal thoughts, relationship issues, and terrible self image. This woman had my daughter lay it all on the table then asked if my daughter drinks. The honest answer was yes. The local bar is a refuge of sorts. Does she drink too much? Probably. It’s one piece of the problem. She was then told Twilling would not be a good fit as a therapist and was dismissed without a referral or any other words of support. Another rejection my daughter did not need. Twilling is not a credit to her profession."

"I met with Lisa for about 45 minutes. I explained my situations, my condition and my needs. At the end of our appointment, she said she may not be a good fit for me. She said she would contact me the next day however, I have not heard back from her either via telephone call or email. I feel that this is a very unprofessional way to handle a potential patient. If a person doesn't have the common courtesy to follow up as they said they would, she should consider another profession."
