"Friendly, very polite and conscientious service. Courteous under pressure with Valentine’s Day rush. Double checked to make sure our gift card purchase was secure; and the card was not tampered with. The floor crew was diligently and politely keeping the Valentines Day stock filled and organized despite some messy customers “rifling” through the inventory."

"After waiting in line, i waited 10-15 minutes for them to finish filling my prescription. They said they would call my name when ready but they did not. Instead I got a text, then told to get back in line behind 10 people. The woman was very rude too."

"This store does not honor coupons. I’ve been there twice recently where they denied my coupons. The first time I had a coupon for Schick razors and they denied it. I showed them the coupon and the terms and they still denied it. So I went to the one in Hayward and they honored the coupon. Tonight I had a coupon for $4 off any purchase and I got moisturizing oil and I saw the cashier bypass all my coupons. I asked her if I had any to use and she quickly said no. Don’t bother going to this CVS for anything outside of a prescription or medicine. Everything else they don’t really care about customer service."
