"Everyone who works here is extremely compassionate and welcoming. The office itself is warm and calming from the moment you enter. Dr. N and team truly care and create relationships with their patients. TMS itself helped with my depression and anxiety when medicine did not. I had not heard of TMS prior to treatment but after research and experiencing it myself, I wish more people knew about it and its amazing benefits. I am truly thankful for San Jose Integrative TMS and everyone there."
"When I met with Dr. Nangia, he had a student with him. He was so ready to have the student drive the conversation, gave me the spiel about the student asking the questions and driving the conversation. I told him that it was my first time doing this and would feel comfortable if there were no observers. His attitude immediately changed, he was very closed off. He said "she's going to be a doctor soon, in a few weeks even". Then he started letting me talk. I spoke about my situation and he was saying "oh you need a counselor or a counseling psychologist, not a psychiatrist" ... our call ended at 10-15 min and then I get a bill for $225. I call them to say that he didn't even help me, he bounced me off to find other help but they say I'm still responsible for the cost due to it being a 'diagnostic evaluation' and they won't waive the cost."

Edit 8/2018 : Removed 2 stars because it has been impossible to get in touch with staff for scheduling. Multiple emails and voicemails ignored."
