"It is crucial for a physician to show respect and empathy towards their patients. Unfortunately, in my experience, she seemed more focused on treating patients as a business and monetary resource rather than as human beings in need of care. Visting her for more than 4 years, and knowing the fact the on-time medication and visit is crucial, she didn't do the refill after 10 days! That made lots of pain for family and kids! I would like to mention that one area where she was punctual was to make sure the visit payment was send on time In conclusion, I sincerely hope that she recognizes the importance of respecting patients and upholding the ethical standards of the medical profession. It is my wish that she undergoes a transformation in her approach to patient care, realizing the significance of timely medications, follow-ups, and treating patients with the empathy and compassion they deserve. May she find the guidance and support necessary to become a better physician in the future."
