"The Hemet office staff is ridiculous. Called to see if I could be seen for knee pain. I had to call 5 times before someone finally answered. Her name was Stephanie, she took down all of my information and said she needed to verify if my insurance was covered. She then promised to call me back. After an hour of waiting I called back. She said she hadn't heard from the billing department and would call them and let me know what they say. It's been two days and no one called back. Found a different doctor's office that answered on the first try, took down all the same information, verified my insurance, and scheduled me an appointment without having to put me on hold. I guess they just don't need new patients. Would not recommend."

"The staff is very rude. It's only gotten worse since Covid. When you actually are able to get ahold of anyone, they don't call back for your scheduled appointments. After happening for the 3rd time with 3 different family members, we're finding a new doctor."

"I have not been treated as a priority as a mother to a patient. I do not recommend ever calling this facility. If you need something done GO IN to the office. I gave 1 star because Dr. Atiya himself is a notable senior physician however for the in office staff I would not have given even 1 star!"

"This place is a shame. I am not one to write many reviews but I thought I should here. I cannot say that their medical staff is poor as some were quite pleasant. Although their administrated staff takes the cake when it comes to lack of communication, lack of organization, and yes, lack of good manners. They do not follow up and are quick to use the same excuses to say no, or to delay without do diligence. Maybe it's the socioeconomic nature of the area, their clients, that make them this way. Its not fair to treat your good clients, like your bad ones. Especially when hard earn money is being paid. Either way, you just lost another one. Yes, it will be a revolving door of new patients, until your replace your Admin. Good Luck and Good Bye!"

"Please read before you go their! The worst Doctor and staff in the States! They have no respect for patients, and they do not safe guard patients documents. HIPAA should review this office, and the way they handle patients information. This office only cares about making money. They hardly refer you for labs, x rays, and to see specialist. Also you have to call thousand of times to find out your test results. Honestly, I don't know how this office is treating their patients."
