"To whom it may concern, I typically do not leave negative reviews but tend to leave good reviews when someone exceeds my expectations for recognitions sake. However, my previous experience with Dr. Catherine S Cho has left the most bitter taste in my mouth that I cannot go without making note. I hope this reaches her superiors and the Medical Board within Facey as her treatment of my daughter and I was not only unprofessional but borderline cruel. The moment Dr. Cho walked in to the room, she acted hurried and before she could even sit on her chair or even glanced in our direction, she had already asked “tell me why you are here and what’s wrong?”. There was no preamble, no human element, and from the minute she walked into the room, I felt like we were inconveniencing her. My daughter, a minor of 16yrs, attempted to tell her what was wrong and what brought us in. With her hand, Dr. Cho gestured a hurried hand gesture which made my daughter nervous. I allowed my daughter to explain what she was feeling so that it came from a 1st person perspective, rather than my account of it. However, my daughter got so nervous with the Doctors quips and hurried nature that she almost froze. I jumped in and tried to explain what brought us in once again and she was dismissive. She made it seem that my daughter’s symptoms didn’t even merit an Urgent Care visit. We could not believe the sheer unprofessionalism that was being displayed. At some point, I had to stop the interaction related to my daughter’s health but rather focus on addressing the unprofessional manner that we were being treated. Dr. Cho stated that she needed to hurry because she had staff that she needed to let go for the night. She presented this as almost an excuse for her behavior. After much back and forth, and being talked down to, I asked for Dr. Cho’s supervisor or another doctor. She stated “well you could leave if you want…” which I told her we would not, as my daughter needed to be seen. We would wait no matter how long for another doctor. After about 10 minutes, she came back in, and told me “well there is no one else here, you can leave if you want”. I explained to her that we were not going to leave. She then directed herself to my daughter and ignored me which I was fine with. At that point, I did not want any more interactions with her. She asked my daughter questions, and my daughter could not respond from being so nervous about what had transpired. In the end, she did end up ordering a urine sample and an x-ray. She finally let us explain the complexities of my daughter’s symptoms as well as her chronic migraine diagnosis which she never allowed us to voice from the onset. We described all the medications my daughter takes to be completely transparent about her situation. At this point she realized that what brought us in for the visit was far more complicated than the stomachache she believed my daughter had been brought in for. In the end, I was glad my daughter got the urine test and x-ray to at least eliminate some possible issues, but we walked out of there not really knowing what was going on with my daughter and not getting any medication or assistance. For this reason, not only would I never come back to your establishment, but I would never recommend your establishment to anyone. I will be alerting our medical provider of this treatment and am looking to get this doctor at least flagged on our end. At the very least, we’d like an apology from Dr. Cho for her negative demeanor and treatment of both my daughter and I. My daughter has been traumatized by this experience and it will take a long time to recover from the emotional damage that was imparted on this visit."

"The doctor is dismissive and doesn’t have any compassion or care…She's obviously overbooked and is trying to see you as quickly as possibly, sent me home vomiting uncontrollably after I left her know I still wasn’t feeling well and what I was given had no effect…even with great insurance I was sent off with throw up bag and a drive home safe."
