"This place that I cannot call a Dr. Office does not even deserve one star. Our insurance referred us to them, I had left a message on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and finally today on Thursday I got a call back. I mentioned it was an urgent referral. When you call, you don’t have the option to speak to the receptionist, and that’s because this office does not have one! The lady who called me identified herself as the office manager, while clearly she called me from her cell and her kids in the background. I asked why did I not received a call back and she said she did yesterday twice. Why didn’t she leave a voicemail???? Oh she said she was busy with clients. I have been trying to reach out for 3 days with an urgent pediatric referral. despite the fact they had 2 star rating, I had to go to them since that’s what the insurance offered. I have never seen such unprofessional doctor office in my life!"

"Don't go to Dr Baum. Find another doctor. He's very dismissive when I'm trying to tell him what's going on with my son. He just tests him for seizures, which he hasn't been having any. He was rude. He didn't have time to talk about my son's prognosis. I tried calling to talk about the next step. No answer. Left a message. Every day of the week with no return calls at all. He is someone who is in the wrong field. He doesn't care about his patients. He is incompetent. I could not be more clear. He is a bad doctor. Don't bring your kids to him."
