We just moved from another state and recently got our new insurance and i talked to the operator/front desk and ask if i can apply my kids as a new patient and they ask for my kids records then reject our application because my kids is not updated for their shots. so how can i get my kids updated to the shots they need if they don't accept our case! you guys need to check your policies if someone bring this to a legal action that will be a big trouble."

"This review is for any parent entertaining Professional Pediatrics as an option for their children please read this so that you know what you are getting into beforehand. Dr. Valdez is great however his staff is a detriment to his practice. In the past I had been willing to overlook the disorganized administration because we love Dr. Valdez but it has become too unprofessional to continue. The 1st couple of visits will be great! The office is clean but very kid friendly. Then after a while you'll notice that the information is not always accurate and you'll have to get things clarified with the Admin's. Then you'll see how rude and unprofessional they become. The office manager, Debbie, is very unprofessional and unwilling to admit when there is a clear error on their part. Debbie has bred a culture in that office that allows her administrators to deny accountability and encourage bad manners . Lisa, has been with Dr. Valdez for a long time and has lost her ability to be pleasant. The experience becomes too negative to endure, even if Dr. Valdez is great. Good luck to an parents that try this office."

"My children have been patients of Dr Valdez since birth (almost 16yrs) and we love him and his entire staff. Appointments are always easy and quick to get, the staff puts my kids at ease, and they've walked us through simple and complex issues with intelligence and compassion. Couldn't ask for more!"
