"I'm surprised by everyone's comments because my experiences here have been great. The staff are okay and the doctor is great. He is patient and caring. He answers all your questions. He was not concerned with my both daughters weight which I liked because most doctors make a big deal with them being underweight/overweight but he sees the whole picture. He just wants to make sure they're nutritionally fit. He told me not to call my daughter skinny because he said her body was perfect the way it is. He also helped me realize that my kids needed glasses.I've been coming here for years and will continue to bring my kids here."
"By far this place here in yucaipa has the worst staff, nurses on duty it makes the doctor look horrible but to me he is one of the best doctors that my children has had besides doctor Alejandro in San Bernardino from Saint Bernardine's hospital he is wonderful with children very patient and takes his time with each patient and makes sure that he listens to them and knows them Literally I should have just took the drive to San Bernardino one even though this office is walking distance from where I live the staff here needs to be fired and taken off schedule completely finding new staff maybe you'll have more people wanting to come into your office to see that wonderful doctor God-bless you doctor kofi and good luck. Would have given this place a 5 star rating but due to the staff and the nurses and how rude they are every time that we come in and how they treat us I'd rather not so the 2 stars goes for the place and the 5 star would go for you doctor kofi."
"Everything the review before me said is exactly what happened to my son & I. He needs to retire. He treated us like we were an inconvenience & stupid. What’s most upsetting is I’ve been bringing my boys to him for years. Never had interactions like I have the last two times we’ve gone to him. We will not be returning."
"The slowest oldest dr you can get , be prepared to be in office for 5 hours plus for only 5 patients. Wont listen to my kids symptoms and prescribed medication that never heard of or pharmacy ever. Will argue with you and disrespect you if questioned about his actions. Please don't ever take your children to this dr ever ever"
