"Best pediatrician. Listens to my concerns and is caring for patients. My children have been at his care for 11years. I drive all the way down from San Fernando Valley to get my children his care. He is very profesional and has prescribed my children medication Everytime needed. We will continue to be his clients for the next 11years. The staff and the doctor him self might not have a friendly faces but they sure do get to the point and treatment. I love that!!!!!"

"The staff is always friendly. Nothing extraordinary. Clean and tidy. The most important thing is that Dr. John Lu is a very positive pedestrian. We haven’t had any issues with this practice."

"The front desk is very unpleasant and unwilling to help. She has no enthusiasm for their customers, very negative energy. The front desk also works as a nurse, she did vaccination for my baby, but she has no name tag, no title tag, no dress like a nurse, I do not know if she has the qualifications to do the nurse work. The doctor didnot wear glove and just put her finger into my baby's mouth."

"My 2 year old grandson was just denied to be seen by this doctor, who has been his doctor since birth, he has pink eye in both eyes and her insurance " medical was switched without notice" so he denied to help him, told her to pay 80$ or he couldn't see him. What is that about, really your gonna let this poor kid suffer in pain for 80$ and you have known him for 2 years? Bad man very bad person"

"The two ladies in the front were not only rude but very unprofessional. They didn't take my 1 month old baby when she had a very bad rash a Friday morning because they said the doctor had to leave even though it was only 10am, so I had to take my baby to the emergency room. When I went to the Doctor's office on Monday as a hospital follow up they made me wait & didn't seem to care one bit that my baby had been in the hospital. It's more than clear that the people in this office, the doctor included, are doin their job for the money & not because they genially care about my baby's health. One of the ladies in the front even had the nerve to tell me the doctor had things to do & it wasn't his problem. I'm very disappointed & I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with this doctor."
