"Honestly the worst office ranging from the staff to Dr. santos. Dr. Santos was so rude the moment she walked through the door. Seemed like she couldn’t stand hearing a baby cry. Had to change doctors due to ins purposes. My 6 week old daughter needed referrals sent out for specialists. I knew this from previous dr visits. Had to call multiple times to the office to make sure they faxed it over correctly and were very rude every time I called. They told me that they sent them over 3X very rudely, when I asked for the confirmation fax number it was wrong!! Finally got my referral through and needed to see a specialist sooner when I asked to get referred out somewhere to get her seen sooner for urgent purposes staff told me that she couldn’t be seen anywhere else near by bc Dr Santos said she needs to see a pediatrician specialist and told me there was nothing else they can do! When your child is sick you don’t settle for bs like this. This dr office is a JOKE. Better off taking your kid somewhere else!!! Switched drs got my daughter seen in two days and getting taken care of. Could have been done if they really tried they just don’t care about the practice just the money."

"Walks in with a laptop & never acknowledges the patient directly. Rarely makes eye contact & appears she really hates her job. Has terrible bedside manners. Shrugs shoulder in disagreement whenever I ask follow up questions. We were seeing Dr Shah & she retired, got stuck with Santos. Currently researching new pedi for my kids. I take my children to the urgent care & er, I avoid visiting BFMC due to Santos being a physician there."

"My husband took our 6 years old daughter to the appointment, Dr. Santos; she just walks in with her laptop and asks a bunch of questions, doesn't let you finish answering her questions. Very poor bedside manner, especially when dealing with a scared kiddo; However, the rest of the staff was awesome."

"Nothing nice about this Doctor. We've been with her for a long time out of convenience with the appointment availability. But as for any type of effwvtion she does not have. Always walks in with computer and and stares at computer the whole time, then will ask 50 million questions without even letting you finish with your response. I would not recommend her."

"we recently moved here to California, and i was recommended Dr. Santos. I had never had such a terrible experience with a pediatrician as I did today with this doctor. There was no part of her that said she cared or even liked children. She walked right in to her computer and began her procedure without ever greeting or even looking at my children or myself. She looked the whole time as though she was frustrated or just very upset that we were there. I left there crying, the experience was horrific and I don't wish that on any child or parent"
