"I have had a good experience with the doctor but now that I am trying to register my son for kindergarten the office's policy is a 3-5 day turn around on all documents. Ridiculous! They didn't tell me when I scheduled the appointment for that reason and they just continued to repeat their policy to ms after the fact. I can't register my son until I get it and they don't seem to be bothered."
