"We booked an appointment for 4pm yet we have waited for 1.5 hours and the Doctor still has not seen my child. This so unprofessional. They should have scheduled better. Or at least informed us about the delay and it’s reason. This way we can decide early on if we are to wait or reschedule."

"Took my daughter to him for an ankle sprain at kaiser. Waited 50 mins past our appt and he shows up just to tell us to go to another dept when all we wanted was an x-ray.
