"Dr. Kong is thoughtful, calm, has years of experience in Pediatrics and came recommended by a pediatrician at UCSF. He never seems rushed and will thoroughly answer any question. The medical offices are old/outdated and the practice is still on paper charting. This could be a major downside if your child has a complex medical history that requires visits to different doctors."

They remember you and know your family and kid.We chose him to be our eldest daughters pediatrician from the recommendation of nurses working at John Muir. He came to the hospital to see her 2-3x before we were even discharged. His care was always complete and he had great follow utp. We decided to switch to kaiser when it became available through work as our family has grown and it was much more affordable. My only regret in that choice is that we can no longer have our kids see him & the Walnut Creek Pediatrics team. Wishing them all the best."
