"I have never been more disappointed with a vet in my life. It seems like it’s all about how much they can charge you. They don’t really care about you or your pet and it’s the highest prices I’ve ever paid in my life . I took 2 healthy dogs in that morning and by 4:00 that afternoon I had one throwing up and the other face swelling up so bad I had to take her to the emergency Vet . I called them and they said there vet was gone gave me no help accept to say we should take her to emergency with her face swelling so bad her airway could be next. Never called to check on her or how my dogs were. We finally got her home at 2 in the morning . Both my dogs were lethargic for a week afterwards. She had been given a medication I did not even ask for ,which caused an allergic reaction. One thousand dollars later. It took several calls to hear from there manager that was supposed to call me back to maybe give us some help with the bill. Still waiting almost a month later."
"Had our Rottweiler neutered here. Had a great experience here. Friendly and informative staff. Was told what he needed before and after the procedure. Our little guy is recovering well and healthy."
"Everyone was nice and lovely. Prescription that was assigned worked on the first time. $50 for consult and $20 for eye drops. I was able to get in a week as a new patient, much better than during the pandemic when Vet's weren't taking new patients or if they were, it was months out for an appointment. Thank you for your help, San Joaquin Veterinary Hospital. We'll be back."
"Great place to take your pet. Reasonable prices. They took my pet in when I could not get in anywhere else. My old vet no longer makes appointments. Only emergency pets. I guess my pet wasn't sick enough. So after 19 years, they told me I needed to find a new vet. San Joaquin Veterinary... Thank you."
