"Wish I could give it negative 5 stars. Really bad place. Workers act so Childish always chit chatting or on their phones while patients wait in the waiting room. Been there 4 times and went bad for me. They say they are open till 9pm and called around 7pm 3 times in a row because the resectionist would either just let the phone right or would put me on hold and if I wouldn’t click I would’ve been on hold for more than the hour that I waited. These “ nurses “ literally act like they just got out of middle school. Always on their phones playing around it’s just a terrible place to go. Really rude people they really need to get actual grown ups to help us. Disappointed!"

"My usually robust 93 year old Father was not feeling well, had fallen several times and was extremely weak/very shaky on Christmas Eve morning. Trying to avoid the ER or a potential hospital stay, we took him to Exer urgent care in Calabasas. There, we were met with long lines outside the building, people waiting in their cars and a minimum several hour wait. From the parking lot, we called several other urgent care facilities and heard the same thing "a several hour wait - minimum". My brother then suggested urgent care in Moorpark after having been there and liking Dr. Vo, so off we went to Moorpark urgent care. There we were greeted with one person in the waiting room, a very helpful/friendly staff and a super clean and nice waiting room/facility. Surprisingly, especially on Christmas Eve, they were able to get my Father in right away. After a urine test, Dr Vo came in to see him. He was extremely friendly, patient, listened carefully, checked my Father over and said he had a UTI (which this facility was able to test for on the spot - a HUGE plus). He then suggested blood work as a precaution which we agreed with. Lastly he prescribed antibiotics and a shot to kickstart things and had my Father wait 10 minutes before leaving to assure that he didn't have an adverse reaction to the shot. Since there was a pharmacy right next door, his office sent the prescription there to be filled. Since the pharmacy was closing soon, his staff also called the pharmacy to make them aware that we were heading over to get the prescription filled and to make sure they didn't close before we walked over. All in all what a fantastic experience on Christmas Eve!! This was a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10 - from the clean/nice facility, the short wait time, the very friendly/helpful staff, and the great visit with Dr Vo and his fast diagnosis and treatment. During these Covid times these things matter even more than ever. A big thank you to Dr. Vo and his staff!!"

"DO NOT even think about going here! I called the front desk about 30-45 minutes before I arrived, and was told the last walk in time was at 4:30 PM. I arrived at 3:00 PM, and this same receptionist said nothing was available. She showed me a sheet with names on it and said the people who had signed in had taken up all of their appointments, so no slots were available. Maybe they do not like senior citizens as patients at this facility? I am making a complaint with Anthem and hopefully, they flush this place off of their list! I have some complications from the flu, and drove myself over here to be checked out and given some medication for extra heavy lung congestion and a bad cough. With the "I do not care about you" tone of voice, glare, and attitude I just received, it is a good idea to stay clear of here. I am writing this from my car."

"I'm very disappointed by the experience we had here. I brought my daughter in after a bad fall at the park. The doctor was very kind to her and checked for swelling before sending us next door for x-rays. The radiation tech was great and showed me the screen as she was taking the x-rays, explaining that she was not supposed to say, but she did see a fracture, which we expected based on the fall and the pain level my daughter was experiencing. We went back to meet with the doctor and he took a look at a few of the x-rays (not all of them), and said the computer was slow and had not been working well all day. I told him my daughter was disappointed she might be missing out on swimming if her arm was broken, and that she had a lesson in two days. He smiled kindly and said he didn't think there was anything wrong and she should be fine to swim then. He had her wrist wrapped in an ace bandage and told me to ice it but it was just a sprain and she would be fine in a day or two. I found this odd because of what the radiation tech had said and because even a sprain takes more than two days to heal. But it was late and he seemed to feel I was just an overprotective mom and the whole ice and ace bandage were just to placate me, as if nothing were really wrong. We left and as we were walking out the radiation tech stopped me to ask what the doctor had said. When I told her she looked very concerned and had me come back into their imaging center. She made a disk of the x-rays for me to take and told me to get a second opinion. She also left a message for another doctor to review the x-rays. Thank God for her, because I was not sure what to think with the doctor's weird non-diagnosis and the fact that my daughter, wanting to avoid a cast and be able to swim, was saying she was fine. Well an hour after we got home someone called to tell me she did, in fact, have a fracture. The next day we saw an orthopedic doctor who explained she had a fracture in both her ulna and her radius. I'm beyond shocked that the doctor there missed something so simple and common and sent us on our way. The radiation tech was great (although I think they are a separate facility) and the Urgent Care is clean and everyone was pleasant and we got in quickly. But please get a second opinion if you go here. I hate to think of the damage to her dominant hand my little girl, who loves drawing and is just learning to write, could have done had we listened to this doctor and believed things were fine."
