"They've been very accommodating. Over the years, I've had a few hamsters who became very sick at different times and they always managed to squeeze them in even when they were very busy. This would only happen if it were a true emergency of course. But I felt that they really cared. One of my hamsters even had surgery done here because of a small growth on his tummy. He came home much better."
