"Starting things off I'm the last appt of the day. My initial appt with Dr Cooke was challenging for both myself and the Dr due to "the Doctor is running late". But starting with the front desk, continuing with the medical assistant, then finally the doctor. Everyone was very personable, professional and at the end of a very long day they made me feel like "we're not going anywhere until they get to know who I am and where this ride is going". It's an hour after closing time and I'm not upset, no I'm looking forward for my follow up visit."
