"Good luck with so called "24 hours"pharmacy 'this pharmacy is actualy closed between 5 am to 8 am ..8 am right at opening time the worker seems not wana move 'will make you wait wait wait till you leave .miss management .too much favoritism .this morning shift employee is getting special treatment.even the store manager cannot get her to work a bit .she wont answer the bell for a while and if she does she will tell you come back at 8 because i am only one person here ---hello there is a pharmacist in there too .pkus the medicine is ready .why not you hang a sighn there saying this is that runs by employyes mood not schedual"

"Been waiting for an 1 and a half in line to pick up my prescription. Literally the worst place when it comes to picking up your medication. Highly unacceptable for anyone. Please don’t come to this pharmacy for whoever comes here."

"Just don’t. Go anywhere else! The pharmacy is terrible! First, they don’t ever answer! And when they do, they are very unhelpful. Second, you will be waiting in line for close to an hour. Just to get your medicine. I have done this often and it’s to the point now that I know they don’t even start working on yours until you show up after they tell you it’s ready. Very unorganized! It shouldn’t be this difficult to get your prescriptions. Clearly I’m not the only one who experiences this either!"

I'm sorry, but I'm downgrading this Walgreen's to one star. My relative ran out of a prescription, so I called Walgreen's and finally got a person, who told me someone picked up the prescription a while ago. I said my family hadn't picked up the medication, that perhaps Walgreen's mismarked it as being picked up. The employee said she would look through the security camera and call me back to tell me who picked up the medication. No one ever called me back, no one ever looked through the security camera. Oh, I ended up calling the doctor, explained the situation, and had another prescription placed. Coming to the Walgreens on lower Sacramento Road in Stockton, California is usually interesting, sometimes frustrating. My relatives will come here after they receive a phone call notifying them that their prescriptions are ready, but very often, there is a problem and drama for the employees to find the prescriptions. One of the times that I've been here, an employee ravaged most of the bins, at one point, dumping one bin on the floor, putting back each prescription one-by-one in the bin, trying to find one prescription. Finally the employee asked a pharmacist and found out that the prescription was in the refrigerator. The employee could've saved herself and us 20 minutes. Pharmacy needs more organization. This is an understaffed pharmacy and the employees look exasperated."

"What a way to run a pharmacy. This place is way understaffed for the amount of filling the take on. Told to call because of a "technical issue", took 20 minuets to talk to someone. No "Can you please hold" or anything. Super long lines. Been coming here for almost 20 years. It's the worsted I've ever seen it."
