"Dr. Wignall and staff took amazing care of my Frenchie, Bubba. He saw Dr. Wignall for BOAS surgery and he kindly also removed a mass growing on Bubba’s neck at the same time. I was so nervous about this procedure but Dr. Wignall called me multiple times to update me on how he was doing and they offered me to call them for updates at any time. Whenever I spoke to the staff over the phone they were super kind, accommodating and I could tell Bubba was in the best hands. I really appreciate all you did for Bubba!"
"We brought our very ill 13 year old dog into Iron Horse and we really didn't think she was going to make it. Dr. Thompson met with us and was very empathetic and a matter of fact, letting us know that our girl may not make it, no promises but only that they would do all that they could. They took her in for 2 days, ran tests to make sure they could proceed with some of the care needed, they put her on fluids, anti nausea medication. I went to bring in her insulin the following day and the MA allowed me to sit with my girl. We are so grateful that the staff at Iron Horse was able to get our dog comfortable and in stable condition. They followed up on her care and again we really appreciated the staffs professionalism, urgent care with a kindness through all of this. It's been 3 weeks and my girl is happy and thriving as best as any healthy diabetic elder could be. I highly recommend Iron Horse for emergency care. She may not be with us much longer, but even a few months with her is a gift. Thank you Iron Horse Staff."
