"I’ve been going to this CVS for at least 10 years. Never once did I have a problem. The staff are helpful. The store is clean. Large parking lot. Even back in the day with Covid and all of the issues with vaccinations, some times one may need to wait, but they do a great job. Even though the techs giving shots one after another, they manage to be pleasant and caring. Of all the CVS’s around Berkeley, this one is the best!"

"Excellent people work there. Really nice and funny grey haired lady up front. Pharmacy people really on the ball. Only problem is chronic understaffing."

"After waiting in a ridiculously long line for 2 items, my friend and I decided to leave. We left our items in the aisle prior to leaving and the employee abruptly stopped us, indirectely accusing us of shoplifting. He interrogated us on where the items were placed, if that was all the items we had and to return the items to him. On top of that he muttered under his breath, "don't come back." Inexcusable customer service and will gladly never return."

"I had the most positive experience at this pharmacy. The woman in charge was positive, upbeat, gracious, helpful and efficient. The pharmacy was well staffed, well lit and they had people in and out quickly. They helped me get a script I'd been trying to get for 2 days. Nobody but them had it in stock and filled it in less than 10 min. This is my pharmacy from here out. Such a relief after the horrible service at Walgreens!"

"Don't go here for passport/visa/ID photos. Visited today to get photos for a Chinese visa. The setup is shoddy - just a small projector screen you stand in front of, and they use a small point-and-shoot camera that my phone could surpass. The worker didn't seem to be knowledgable in what he was doing, as he put the camera too low and made me look down. The resulting photo that he used wasn't centred and did not make me look natural. He said the program they used passed all requirements and that it is what it is. I noticed the worker inputting "passport" instead of "visa" into the resizing program so I asked to clarify the dimensions - he said he didn't know what a visa was and started arguing with me that he was right. Eventually he said that CVS does not do visa photos, even though the selection on the computer had an option for visas. I left without photos. Waste of time coming here and waste of energy dealing with incompetency. The audacity of them to charge $17 for this is unbelievable."
