"Out of what should have been 9 sessions, Jill was only present for 4 of them. The last month there was only one session she didn’t last minute cancel. It was always some story about a “random and severe” illness that rendered her unable to make our session with a clear copied and pasted message that wasn’t even personalized. There was generally a hour notice and no attempt to reschedule, making it quite obvious she didn’t respect my time. the way she operates is incredibly unprofessional and provides no consistently or stability, which should honestly be the most important job a therapist has."

"Jill Black attended the first two of our six sessions. She cancelled the last four without proper notice and made no attempt to reschedule, always citing a personal reason that was outside of her control for last minute cancelling. The effect was to subvert my entitlement to timely notification and consistent treatment: which is the minimum requirement of any legitimate counseling practice. Constantly citing her personal life as a reason for not being available was wildly unprofessional and has no place in mental health counseling. I did not need to know about her family's health problems or the frequent power outages that made it impossible to see me, always cited 1 hour to 5 min prior to our agree upon time."
