"I needed a place that was safe to leave my furbaby Bala. I'm so glad I found Patriotic Pet Hotel. This business is very well staffed and I could tell right away they love dogs. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and nice. They followed my instructions on feeding and play time. When I picked up Bala she did not want to leave. I highly recommend this business."

"The place stinks, rushed by the owners German shep “service dog” is unprofessional and inappropriate. Owner things it’s totally fine but it’s not. Never would allow my dog to be handled by someone who can’t even handle their own dog. Their training prices are a joke. They have no reason or reputation to charge that much."

"Boarded my two Shiba Inu's there in October for a two week stay. We received regular photo and video updates throughout the two weeks. Both mine had their own private room with tv, beds and was video monitored by staff. The staff is also on site 24/7, which was reassuring to me. Both take medication and are both seniors, medication was administered with no problems. They introduced my two with other fur-babies, which my two did very well socializing with. Both were very relaxed, not stressed when they were picked up and displayed no anxiety usually associated with boarding and being away from home. This is a beautiful 5-star facility. Staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable about what they do. I highly recommend this facility if your looking for a above-standard boarding experience for your fur-babies."

"Canceled a reservation over a week ago, Nov 14th. On the 17th I emailed them because they hadn't refunded me yet. The owner replied claiming their system only allowed her to refund part of my payment and she would refund the rest on Monday, the 20th. I still have not recieved the rest of my money back. In this day and age I shouldn't have to call and email a business multiple times to try and get my money back for a service I didn't even recieve."

"10/10 - This place is Incredible. We have been looking for somewhere for our fur babies to stay since we moved here 3 years ago, and have been disappointed by many of the the options in the area. Pawtriotic Pet hotel has not only met, but exceeded all of my hopes for a "home away from home" for our pups. We received cute pictures and "pupdates" for our dogs while we were away on vacation. They came home very happy, tired dogs that had learned a couple of new tricks! The on site trainer worked with them on some trouble areas and we definitely see an improvement! The facility is clean and has amazing amenities. Everyone I've had the pleasure of speaking with has been so kind and incredibly caring. I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing local business. You'll be as blown away as I was by their level of care and attention to detail. My dogs and I are both looking forward to using their services when we need boarding or doggy daycare in the future! I could go on forever with all the good things I have to say about this place - do yourself a favor and call them!!"
