It's easy to make an appointment, you can call the location or request services from the PetDesk app. You can also gain rewards using the app, which is super helpful when trying to save money for future services. The front desk is always helpful, welcoming, and reliable. I enjoy speaking to each one of them, whether it's on the phone or in person. Dr. Lizardo and Dr. Hashimoto are game changers. If I have any urgent questions, I can email them and they are responsive. They're upfront about what is needed or will be needed for your pet. My poor Bentley had an obstruction, and Dr. Lizardo was there every step of the way for us during the surgery and the recovery process. He is extremely knowledgeable about pet care and is consistent with updating us about everything he finds and sees. In regards to pricing, it's great and makes sense. I'm so use to vet's trying to upsell or recommend services that are not necessary. This pet hospital is upfront, sends estimates, and will answer all questions in regards to pricing and services. There are no forceful sales tactics or methods to create shame, they are always there to help you and take into account any financial worries. I often have questions and have never felt uncomfortable reaching out about them. I 110% recommend this location due to their service, reliability, consistency, and pricing.
