"I found the hospital very clean. I also found the ladies at the front desk really sweet and nice however the doctor and the vets seem very inexperienced. If you bring your pet here for answers you’ll leave with them still unanswered. They’ll charge you for a visit but all they’ll simply do is check their heart rate, temperature, and weight then they’ll proceed to tell you that further tests need to be made which will be $1000+. I literally took my pet and wasted 3 hours of my time. I paid 100+ for a first time visit just for the doctor to just check my pets heart rate and say that they need to perform more tests. No thank you…I could’ve checked my pets heart rate at home. I came in to try and figure out what is wrong with my pet just for the vets and doctor to seem just as confused as I was. They couldn’t even recommend any treatment or remedies…nothing. I also overheard some of the staff outside gossiping about a patient and her pet…very unprofessional and inconsiderate."

"We really appreciated how quick and easy the process was. Everyone was very friendly and it was very clean inside. We were nervous about our pets symptoms but left feeling very confident in the answers given to us. Our pet seemed very calm and happy leaving so we know they were also so kind towards him. We appreciate all the staff here!"

"Last night my daughter’s 10 month old English Bulldog ate a remote and used the battery as a chew toy. We were referred to Corona Animal Emergency from our regular vet. The care we received from the moment we walked in the door was simply amazing with what we were facing. The team took excellent care of our pup and he was released this morning back to our care. I can’t say enough about the staff and how amazing they were… from intake, to keeping is informed of all developments, to offering solutions to the very expensive hospital stay! The front desk, techs, and doctors that we saw were nothing short of being amazing! Pierre owes his life to these wonderful people!"

"Took great care of my precious Goldendoodle getting attacked today by a Rottweiler. The staff was so attentive and professional, the doctor was very caring and honest and made sure my baby was getting the right care. Wait time was great! I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Also it is such a beautiful and clean facility. Definitely recommend if anything unfortunately tragic happens to your pet. I was in a panic and they completely kept me calm from the initial phone call when I called to see if I could bring him in. Thank you all and you are so so appreciated!!!!!"

"Great staff. Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful as well as the obvious love of the animal. Dr. Ortiz was wonderful. No complaints. The charges were reasonable, no different than at a regular vet. Took home three meds after bloodwork and the emergency visit, $334. My Stella was seen promptly, but the wait was a little long waiting for blood results and meds. No different then at a regular ER if more serious/urgent cases come in. We were in and out in about 3 hours."
