"I had to put my cat Winni down. She was really sick and they tried really hard to help her get better. The staff was extremely kind, compassionate, and patient while I was very emotional. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and love in the whole process. It's been one of the most heartbreaking experiences in my life and them showing compassion and kindness towards Winni and me made it a little easier. "Dr. Alvarado was very kind, Elisa was patient ith my distressed girlfriend and the staff explained everything well. Everyone was skilled, calm and friendly. They were very prompt too, althought it wasn't that busy late night on a Sunday. My dog broke his nail near the root and they did a great job of getting the billing out of the way and taking care of my pup Shadow. Thank you all!"
"We received excellent service for our ancient little dog's opthalmic emergency. At 7:00 p.m. when our regular vet was closed, we took our dog with a perforated eye to VCA. The wait was not as bad as it could have been, and they were able to hospitalize and treat him that night. We picked him up the next day with a very thorough treatment plan, all the medications he needed and a well-organized folder with all the notes and lab results in printed form. They communicated everything very clearly including the cost breakdown. The prices are fair for the services received. The vet, Dr. Landry, offered a variety of options, and didn't push us strongly in any particular direction. He was compassionate and professional. I would definitely recommend VCA on Harris Road for your pet's emergency medical treatment."
"Let me just start by saying wow, this facility helped me restore faith in humanity. Everyone all the staff were super sweet and compassionate. The vet that saw Baby Pops was super helpful and I also informed staff of my budget and they truly worked with me. My baby is in recovery now with all needed medications provided at the facility.
