"Dr. Sandy is an exceptional physical therapist in every way. She clearly understands the physiology of scoliosis and how it affects the entire skeletal system. I was suffering from chronic hip and shoulder pain as a result of scoliosis. After trying several chiropractors and personal trainers, I decided to seek her help. She was able to meticulously diagnose the problem and provide me with exercises and stretches to alleviate my pain. Her knowledge of therapeutic massage, stretching, and strength training all combined to create an amazing and lasting solution. I highly recommend her!!"

"After 31 years of dealing with back and neck issues, I found someone who has helped. Years ago I was diagnosed, by MDs and chiropractors, with a "pinched nerve", in back and left shoulder/neck area, as a result of both work and non work injuries. Kaiser gave me pills and chiropractors adjusted me. All of this provided temporary relief until 2022. After a small tweak to my left shoulder, I was left with two swollen hands that barely functioned, back, neck, and arm problems. Chiropractor didn't help, so I went into MD ( I am with WHA now). Got a new diagnosis, adhesive capsulitis, and limited rehab. After 8 weeks they were done. I was improved but not better. After some solo rehab I called Dr Sandy on my own and paid for it myself. With her help and my effort I am doing better. I wish I could've received this kind of help when I was 27. Even though her advertisement describes her specialities, she can add another one: blue collar laborers who are weekend warriors. Thanks for your help Dr Sandy, I am able to do push ups again."

"I came to see Dr. Sandy for pelvic floor training. I didn't have any expectations, but I was nervous as this is a very private and embarrassing issue I am going through. At our initial meeting, Dr. Sandy made me feel comfortable because she is very warm, professional and knowledgeable. Within a few months, my pelvic floor muscles were stronger and I have less episodes of wetness. Dr. Sandy is a wonderful PT, and I got to know her personally during my appts. She is also a cheerful and kind person/friend. I recommend you give her a call and try her out!"

"Having danced all my life from the age of 8, I've always had a sense of confidence in my body and how it moves. However; following a back injury that effectively ended my dancing career I retrained to become a Pilates Instructor. Over the past 24 years I have learned to manage the pain and tight muscles but never actually felt as though I could nail down the root of the problem. I have seen many therapists and health professionals in different modalities along the way. Until now no one had been able to help me analyze and address my issues in a definitive way. Things were also getting more difficult with age and a busy schedule. Sandy is the therapist your want for hands on care and education that also includes a personalized home program tailored to your body. Sandy is a very focused, dedicated and caring professional who I would highly recommend to anyone who feels that the medical profession has no answers for them. She also happens to be caring, fun and interesting to spend time with! I will miss my sessions with her and who ever says that about therapy."

"I was dealing with general pain and weakness after having scoliosis surgery, and Sandy helped me identify some issues that were worsening that pain. She helped correct my posture and my breathing, as well as worked with me to develop a routine of strengthening exercises. Sandy was very kind, gentle, and respectful and I looked forward to working with her. We did both hands-on therapy and exercise based therapy. I would highly recommend her!"
