"The best! Ten years ago I gave up on “big box” gyms and turned to boutique gyms and class workouts. I have tried many around the South Bay and I’ve finally found my sweet spot with 9Round Hermosa. In just 30 minutes I challenge my body with weights, boxing combos, and focused core work, not to mention the cardio that happens throughout because of the intensity. You can easily modify your workouts to match your fitness level. The owner, Chris, is responsive and is always trying to improve the gym even more, and the trainers are awesome. I love that I can pop in whenever - no set class times! Absolutely recommend!"
