"I’ve been a patient here for fifteen years and have been on medication for eleven. I need to get my medication refilled but I needed an appointment, so I made an appointment with my usual doctor. It was virtual, and maybe there was something wrong with the technology, but I sat in the appointment for a half hour and nobody showed up. When I called the office to see what was going on, I was on hold for ten minutes and then sent to voicemail. Since then I have been trying to get in touch with the office to schedule another appointment so that I can get my meds, which I really need, and have been unable to get in touch with anyone. Every time I call, I am either put on hold for 10+ minutes and then sent to voicemail, or immediately sent to voicemail. I have left messages saying that I need to make an appointment and it’s very time-sensitive because I am running out of meds, but nobody has gotten back to me. This is unethical and dangerous. This office has never been super easy to reach, but this is insane. I’m going to have to go to an urgent care to get my prescription."

"I cancelled my appointment but they keep sending me a reminder to fill out my information even though I've called a twice to tell them I'm not coming and the reason is if I can't see someone in person then forget it!"

"An absolute joke of health “care” providers. No one knows what they’re doing. Hard time getting an appointment, hard to get ahold of any on the phone who can/knows HOW to help. They tell you to fill out forms online but their online system doesn’t work when submitting from a phone or tablet (not that they disclose that). They’ve hired unprofessional teens/young adults to do work they’re unqualified for which leads to frustration for prospective patients. The phone reps are all combative and RUDE (downright ghetto). Dealing with them the last 3 weeks has been nothing short of a headache which is infuriating given that they’re supposed to be providing MENTAL HEALTH services so they should be better equipped to work with people who have limited energy due to their existing struggles."

"Worst experience ever! Can't believe a mental health office would treat people this way. I have great (expensive) PPO insurance for my family. My son with a disability and mood disorders, has Medi-cal as secondary (just means that co-pays are covered by Medi-cal.) This practice is a preferred provider for my insurance. We set up the appointment, sent all paperwork, medical history, insurance ID cards etc. Everything was fine as far as we knew. My son shows up for the appt and they tell him he doesn't have an appt. Apparently it was cancelled without notifying us because of our insurance. They refused to see him because they don't take Medi-cal. I call to explain it's just secondary (again, had already explained when we set up the appt and they never said it was a problem). They say it doesn't matter. I say I will pay the co-pay, they say it doesn't matter, they just flat out won't take him. He is on medication that needs to be renewed since we switched from Kaiser on 1/1, and now we have no way to re-new it. Doesn't matter, they don't care, they won't see him. My insurance company got involved and told them that's not how it's supposed to work, they will pay the claim. The office doesn't budge, they won't see him. This should be illegal! My son needs the help, we have insurance and are willing to pay. What is wrong with the office?? I wasted my whole afternoon trying to get this resolved (which took time away from job). Unbelievable... I have no idea if the doctors are any good since my son wasn't able to see one. I will update this review if there is a resolution, but if you're still seeing it, know that they refused to take our insurance."
