"Incredibly rude and condescending. After receiving an email from him to confirm or cancel, with instructions on how to cancel via voicemail, I called him and left a voicemail four hours prior to say I had found another provider. He insisted that he did not receive the voicemail, which ok fine, that can happen (though I always ensure I wait for the automated message that my voicemail has been sent). When I told him the reason I was not at the appointment, he said "and so you just called me this morning? nice going", and hung up without warning. During my first call to schedule an appointment, I was already a little wary, so glad I followed my instincts there."

"Dr.Griggs is a very insightful person who really helped me understand the rage issues that I've had all of my life! I'm 58 years old. Not only was I able to understand the issues--I CONQUERED them using the insight, discussions, and techniques Dr. Griggs provided. I cannot express how much this changed my life! I feel like a ton of weight was lifted off my shoulders. Things that use to bother me are now put into healthy perspective.
