"I’ve been extremely stressed with this company. Before starting services, I was told it was in network with my insurance. Weeks down the line I received a bill for over $700. After several inquiries and phone calls, I was told it was a mistake and to ignore the bill. I continued receiving therapy for a couple of more weeks before discontinuing treatment. Recently I received another bill for over $900 and am now being told that Che was never in network. I am refusing to pay but I feel so taken advantage of. I wouldn’t trust this company."

"The worst therapy session. I don’t leave reviews but I feel compelled to help others in my position. I had waited weeks to see this woman Virginia Lee because she was specialized in what I was seeking. The entire ten minutes she seemed absolutely uninterested and I felt like I was being judged. I would absolutely steer clear from this business as it seems like they’re just looking for a paycheck and don’t actually care about patients."

"I would suggest this company to find your next therapist to literally anybody and let me tell you why; not only is it nice to do over video call so for me living out in the middle of nowhere it's nice that I can just hop on a video call and have therapy rather than having to drive over an hour or over 2 hours somewhere just for an hour. I will say there was a hang up as far as actually getting said therapist only because I have Medicaid and as the world knows you have to jump through thousands of Hoops to get a doctor when you have medicaid. So when I first tried to set up an appointment it got canceled right away but I was contacted by customer service within Behavioral Health to explain to me that the therapist I originally chose did not accept Medicaid but that they had other therapists that do accept it so they were willing to sit down with me and ask me what I need in a therapy session and what type of person I'd like to deal with and they took their time to set me up with the therapist I have now. I only have good things to say about this service and it seems like they have a whole bunch of wonderful therapists and psychologists that you can work with"
