"Be careful with insurance, they are not transparent. I received a $530 charge 2 months after completing sessions, no warning, no bill, the charge appeared in my account the same day I got an email. I had asked about charges on 12/28 and was told I still have sessions left covered by EAP. I had 3 more sessions after them telling me I still had sessions left. I would not have scheduled this if I had know I'd be charge (or try to see if I my insurance would cover them) These sessions were of no value to me as they ended up being Telehealth sessions (the 1st batch was in person and changed to Telehealth per their direction on 2 of the last 3 visits) I DO NOT recommend this company and will not use them again. If you do, you need to be ahead of them game to make sure what and how much insurance covers. I was told I was covered and wasn't and feel ripped off of $530."

"As the family member of someone who attempted to receive care of this place, it's appalling the way you respond to people here in the comments. Giving away personal information and even insurance information "HIPAA information". You should be ashamed for taking advantage of vulnerable people. I may not have personally gone to this facility but after watching you rip off my family, I couldn't help but say how disgusted I am. Also before you threaten sue me like other people, it is legal for people to give you legit criticism. Instead of impulsively commenting on peoples critical reviews, use some of the coping skills you preach, "supposedly" and improve your mental fortitude. Thanks."

"I first encountered Mindbodyology in late 2020, when EVERYONE was trying to get therapy, and I kept finding professionals who were not taking on new clients.My initial experience was fantastic. Shaliss explained how everything worked, and she matched me with a therapist who met my needs at the time. I do see some other reviews that point to a disappointment in the administration. I should say that I experienced this as well, but emailed to let Shaliss know what didn’t work. It seems they had some turnover since then, and the admin team there is on their game now. I had really good experiences so far with several therapists. Mindbodyology is open and responsive to feedback, should you get a therapist who is not a good match. I found that requesting some expertise in one or two focuses has helped with matching me to a good therapist for my needs. I highly recommend Mindbodyology."
