Then I had experience being in crisis calling and the staff was just laughing in the background idk if it was at me or something els . Also the person on the phone needs to pay attention. You go in circles a lot with them or the front person when the information is very straightforward"

"Just run as far away from this place as possible. The staff are rude and have some sort of attitude. They will change providers on you with 0 warning, even if you explicitly asked them not to. The few staff we did encounter were very under prepared or just flat out lack of experience. My son is Autistic and that concept seemed foreign to them."

"I was a patient of Eric and he was very profound and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed our weekly sessions. Recently got a phone call saying that he was no longer working there suddenly. My only other option was Telehealth with another therapist. Hoping he sees this and emails me to continue working with him."

"This place is very bad and dangerous for people suffering from actual mental health issues. I enjoyed communicating with employees Chloe and Annette. However reception team member Armando was rude, dismissive, abrasive, non-transparent and completely ill-prepared and not properly trained to speak with anyone, much less individuals with mental health issues. I reported my complaint both over the phone to Annette, who I helped write an email to Renewing Hope supervisors and owner Cassondra Marie Ross. I also wrote my own series of emails and asked for reply in only written form. My first email was sent Thursday and I had been told I should hear from someone by end of business that day, which was 7pm. I did not receive a reply to my email Thursday. Also no reply Friday, despite a follow up. And again, was ignored Saturday, when they were open until 3pm. After close of business Saturday, I cancelled my upcoming appointment with Renewing Hope and am really glad I did. I found a great therapist a day earlier than Renewing Hope said they had availability. I also received a voicemail from Renewing Hope. On Tuesday. This might be acceptable, except for the fact that I clearly stated multiple times in my emails that due to this situation, my mental health issues had been seriously exasperated and as such I would only communicate regarding this matter via email or written, verifiable communication. And yet, Renewing Hope and their supervisor Desiree completely ignored that request as well. A request for mental health boundaries. From a then former patient, but still someone they owe a duty of care to. And Renewing Hope didn’t care, because Cassondra and her lieutenants don’t actually care. If they did, they would have wrote back, anything at any time, since last Thursday. Renewing Hope caused me pain, suffering, mental anguish and negligently inflicted emotional distress upon me. The fact that they don’t want any of this in writing should tell you all you need to know about this sham organization. Please decline any recommendations to reach out to this place. There are better places and people who really care. I have filed a formal grievance with the insurance company that gave me Renewing Hopes number and will be pursuing other avenues of proper resolution. For now though, I just really want to make sure that nobody else, whatever their reason for calling, is put through the emotional turmoil and mistreatment I suffered. There are so many other options, and they’re all better than this. Trust me. Shame on you Renewing Hope."
