Wholeness Collective Therapy Group, formerly known as Janelle Nelson Counseling, is a boutique therapy center located in Carlsbad Village, California. We offer holistic psychotherapy services both virtually (for CA residents) and in-person. Our therapists use a variety of traditional and holistic modalities, such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative therapy, along with mindfulness-based practices, somatic therapies, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma therapy.

Our clinical director and founder, Janelle Nelson, M.A., hand-selects each therapist and coach to ensure that every client receives comprehensive care. We specialize in treating trauma, co-dependency, grief, depression, anxiety, parenting, and relationship challenges. We also provide training and supervision to associate therapists who are on their way to licensure.

EMDR therapy is an integrative approach that has been proven effective for trauma treatment and is endorsed by various organizations. Our therapists, Rachel, Katherine, and Janelle, are trained in EMDR therapy and specialize in trauma and grief.
