"I love this place. The front desk are welcoming and awesome, but a heads up to the extra charges of crating your dog while it waits for the vet! Our dog is anxious in a cage, so we wait close by until the vet is ready to see him! That is less anxiety for the dog and no extra fees which is ridiculous!"

This Banfield location consistently takes good care of our senior dog, and with her heart condition, that means a lot to us. Mikaela takes care to schedule at times when the wait won't be long, and she always greets us and our dog by name, and Dr. Kim is awesome at explaining test results and the latest prognosis. It's reassuring to feel like everyone here sincerely cares about us and knows what they're doing."
