"I applied to 4 different positions that I qualify for and all my applications says “ No longer in consideration”. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a Black but they didn’t even give me a chance. It’s so weird that I read the job requirements and qualifications and they didn’t consider me or let me know. I’m actually overqualified with my years of experience and my masters degree.. something isn’t right at these companies I’ll never apply again and I hope no one has to go through that I went through."
