"I had called Dr Schenk for an appointment for my 19 year old son, who would be a new patient. I left a message, and explained the conditions my son had on her machine. She called me back in a timely manner, which was impressive. She had a rude disposition immediately. She asked what appoint time I was looking at, and had told her the first few appointments I would like would be in the evening, so we can see her as a family, and the rest we were pretty much open. She immediately said, " I don't have any evening appointment's." And also mentioned that my son may find someone with a better match than herself. I hung up the phone, and was baffled, for a psychologist to act like that, with such rudeness. Maybe she was having a bad day? Who knows. Good luck new patients, I hope you have better success."
