"My experience with Eagle Rock Therapy has been a Godsend. I suffer from compounded trauma that reached a breaking point this last summer. EMDR is a brilliant form of therapy that is especially helpful for PTSD. I have worked with nearly 10 different EMDR specialists over the years. It has helped tremendously, but never have I found a better provider than Golnaz Golnari! She is by far the best therapist I have ever had. She is an absolute treasure, and I can't imagine where I would be right now if I hadn't been working with her through the most difficult time in my life. It is priceless to find a provider with her skill and talent. I'm so grateful to her and Eagle Rock Therapy!"
