SHE MUST BE REPORTED TO THE STATE LICENSING BOARD, HAVE HER LICENSE REVOKED AND SUED BY ALL OF HER FORMER CLIENTS ( MANY) IN A MASSIVE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR THE “ DAMAGE , DESTRUCTION AND DEVASTATION OF FAMILIES CAUSED BY THIS “ HAS-BEEN HACK “ THEN RUN OUT OF TOWN!!! ******* *****AS DECENT CARING COMPASSIONATE EMPATHETIC LOVING “ CO PARENTS AND CO GRANDPARENTS, WE TRUSTED YOU “ MARGIE” ….. WE TRUSTED YOU TO HANDLE OUR “ 730 CUSTODY EVALUATIONS “ WITH YOUR DECADES OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE, BUT YOU FAILED “ MISERABLY” MARGIE !!! YOU BEYOND “ CHOKED “!!! AND DOING SO MARGIE, YOU HAVE CAUSED “ IRREPARABLE DAMAGE TO US LOVING PARENTS BUT MOSTLY OUR “ PRECIOUS INNOCENT CHILDREN “!! THEY ARE THE “TRUE VICTIMS “ IN THESE TRAGIC DEVASTATING CUSTODY BATTLES !!!"

"Back around 2004 we had a 730 evaluation done by Marjorie Mitchell for our two children, ages 2 & 5. She told me that my soon to be ex-husband either had an uncanny way of answering every question perfectly or he was that deceitful. She opted to ignore my comments and ignore the test results and side with him and give him the benefit of the doubt that he was a good person. When my son was 12 years old he said he no longer wanted to go visit his father and it turned out that he had been physically abusing him to the point where he had scars on his back made from a belt and had almost broken his wrist. Neighbors had attested that he had been verbally abusing both especially my daughter and I only knew myself with my own experience what that was like. They could hear him as they lived in the apt across the hall. Yet Marjorie Mitchell opted not to believe me and thought she knew my Ex better despite putting together what I had said together with his test results. Because of this my kids endured 12 years of horror and fear from this man that I tried to escape from myself and spare my children from. Based on my case and situation, I would NOT recommend this psychologist."

"Dr Mitchell seemed fine during the evaluation process, very engaging and nice to our children. The issue, she did not complete her report to the court and as a result it was thrown out and we needed to go through the entire process again with another evaluator. The judge stated he had NEVER had this happen before in his 30+ years as a judge. I feel she took very little accountability with her mistake, which resulted in another year+ of a custody battle and SIGNIFICANT legal costs and stress to our families. We took her evaluation process seriously, providing her with anything she requested and she basically took away 2 years of our lives and $100k from us. The damage she caused cannot be undone, She cost us things that are far beyond monetary elements. I have never been so disappointed and frustrated with a professional."

"Thank God for I just finished a lengthy custody battle (it was bloody) with my ex-spouse and couldn't be happier. I use the ex-spouse begrudgingly as I wish there was a better word to convey my contempt for the man but I do recognize I'm the one that chose to marry him at some point or another. We all have our moments. Dr. Mitchell was recommended by my attorney and by the Judge. My attorney had been doing nothing but impeccable work on my case and I jumped at her recommendation knowing the value of the weight behind it. I remember walking into Dr. Mitchell's office just months ago and immediately being calmed by Dr. Mitchell's warmth and professional demeanor which is trust me, hard to find in the midst of a tumultuous divorce. My son absolutely loved her and loved the sessions. For him it was more like play time than anything else. I had heard horror story after horror story from other parents about their traumatizing custody evaluations that their children will remember forever and I was scared for my son and the damage my ex-spouse had already caused. Dr. Mitchell's actions and her work did nothing but assure me that not only were my fears unfounded but I my opinions needed to do a 180 turn. The report was accurate, thorough, and comprehensive and Dr. Mitchell's recommendations were more than I would have dreamed. A custody evaluation was not cheap but neither were my attorney fees- still paying those off. All I can say is at the end of the day when I'm with my beautiful loving family that this was money WELL spent."
