"Machines are always out of order. Fix your stuff!!! These have been out of order for MONTHS."
"Decent gym, nice size, good variety of exercises. Some things that need work: The equipment is terribly outdated and needs serious maintenance. From the benches, to the machines, to the cables. Either it's barely holding together, it's out of order, or the cables are so rusty it creates friction when moving (mostly the pull down machines). The music. Most people bring their own music to the gym, no one wants to hear 80's gym music on full blast. Speakers, some guests bring springs and blast their music, some employee at times at the front desk. The temperature. It's either stuffy or insanely cold. The last few days have been freezing in the gym. It's not a pleasant feeling sweating with the A/C blasted to 60-65 degrees. If it can be helped, sometimes weights that are one of a kind are taken to the far corners of the gym and left there."
"Been going to this gym for years it's a good gym with most equipments that you would need. The staff are nice and helpful and the gym is generally clean. It does get very crowded during peak hours and you will struggle to find your weight lifting machine/barbells but there are plenty of cardio machines available even during peak times."
"We wanted to use our 3 day pass to see if we liked it and the lady at the counter was saying she usually denies them access for no apparent reason but she was “being nice” for allowing us to come. Then she denies us access anyway for not having a California license even though we planned on getting a membership anyway she didn’t give us the chance to even talk about it. Just very inconsiderate and short with their customers. Very much a waste of time"
"You get what you pay for. Okay gym, just stay mindful of equipment issues. I found a wobbly machine that is on the verge of falling (not attached properly and now has cracks around bolts). Told management about it - two weeks later no changes or ‘do not use’ signs. Further, if you walk around this equipment row (weights area), you will see that none of them is attached properly (similar to the photos shown)"
