"The food, drinks, and service were great. The DJ killed the vibe, he played really loud music. We would’ve stayed longer for more drinks if they just kept the chill ambiance, but we were having a hard time hearing each other. Try coming before 9 if you want to avoid this."

"Thank you for an incredible evening, Ibiza Lounge and Tapas. The ambience, music, beverages, and dining were all excellent. It was our first time trying one of your paella dishes, and we were amazed of how flavorful all the ingredients (saffron rice, octopus, chicken, and mussels) were. We had a wonderful day celebrating my husband's birthday as well as our 12-year wedding anniversary."

"Good food and ambience. I wish Stockton had more date places like this. UPDATE 1/29/2023: Food is still good overall, EXCEPT i was disappointed by the paella. Every good paella I've had in the past has that crunchy layer at the bottom... Theirs does not. Deducting one star."
