The coaches are experienced and motivating, and the classes are high energy and enjoyable. "NOT A GYM FOR WOMEN AT this gym during jui jitsu I have had men grope my breasts, and continuously press their bonner against me in guard, and mount. I told Rudy the manager and he told me to take it as a compliment. Rudy would also RELENTLESSLY stare at my breasts and comment on my body as well as other woman's body. The men here do not have your back.Also white belts crank heel hooks so be prepared to get hurt if your a girl. ( this happened last December and I'm just comfortable now saying something) . Also the way some of the men here talk about women is unacceptable. I wish I left this gym a long time ago. And you pay first and last upfront then they don't give you your last month. Rip off."
"The instructors are incredibly helpful and caring. It’s a great place for beginners to learn and also perfect if you have some experience and want to turn up the heat. Mike the manager and all of the coaches have gone out of their way several times to make sure I’m getting everything I want and more out of my membership. Amazing culture, sweet atmosphere, and I can’t recommend this place enough."
