I love the open mats, each professor is great in their own unique way, the schedule is abundant with classes, and I love training gi and no gi at 5 am and tuesdays thursdays!! The professors incorporate sparring/rolling into every class which is my most important thing I was looking for. I super highly recommend flow!!"
