24 Hour Fitness

"So I signed up for a 3 day pass online and I was denied a pass because apparently only the gym manager is able to issue these passes I was told Julio Morales is the only person to authorize these passes and he was gone for the day apparently, I’ve been to plenty of gyms and I have never heard of this policy. I workout as Eos due to the high traffic I was willing to switch today but now this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth that is not good customer service. Very bad business practices and as a potential customer this will detour people from doing business with 24 hour fitness. I will be sticking to Eos."

"Literally was told to casually come in for an 11 am or 4 pm “job fair” after having checked the machinery/gym out and was COMPLETELY mislead. Their front desk is completely inept and still continues to call me after refusing to look at my résumé because I wasn't “ready for an interview” this day. They told me to apply online and come in just for fun…not be there 10 minutes early and prepped for a real interview. What the hell is wrong with them to think embarrassing a future employee and gym member is okay. Literally telling everyone I can to AVOID this place. Thank God I had a better experience at Esporta fitness, they are busy but know how to treat their employees and customers. Their machinery is so outdated and completely hard for anyone to figure out without help EVERY TIME. Expensive memberships for NOTHING. Just go to Esporta, LA Fitness, EOS, or even Fitness 19. They all have better pricing for way better gym equipment and less crowding."

"Horrible service at the Redlands location. Got the 3 day pass on the website, went in to activate it and the unprofessional talking and looking sales guy wouldn’t let me activate it because I wasn’t signing up right away . And to top it off the guy smelled so bad like he was rolling around in a dumpster. Light skin black guy , freckles and long braids . I would highly recommend EOS fitness . Employees there are on top of it and the gym is way bigger and cleaner looking"

"Posting on behalf of a friend who received terrible service at this location. I have taken him to workout with me at the location in Moreno Valley. He was interested in signing up for a membership at the location in Redlands (closer to his home) and signed up for a free pass to check out the accommodations. When he arrived he was met by very rude employees who would not allow him to workout because he has gone to the Moreno Valley location with me. I understand if this is policy, but at the very least employees should be providing good customer service with respect and dignity. As a member of this gym, I am beyond disappointed. You lost yourself a new membership."

"This place is one of the best 24hrs Fitness facilities. I’ve been to a handful of places and they do not upkeeps as good as this one. The Redlands 24hrs Fitness has great staffs and cleaned. They have a few sets of dumbbells, kettle bells, so you don’t have to wait on using them. They did added more stuff over the years, so that’s great. Loved the spa so much there so convenient for me, they kept up the cleaning in there, too. There some minor issues like some of the machines are not working and it’s been there. That’s pretty annoying getting on the machine and it doesn’t work. That’s why they only get 4 stars."
