"Short answer: this is a great gym. Having traveled a ton and used everything from hotel gyms to big box chains I was pleasantly surprised to find this. While down in socal visiting my family I needed a place to scratch my gym itch. Equipment: everything you'll need to reach your gym goals. You'll find all the same things at a big box but also some specialty pieces for targeted workouts. Everything is well maintained and unlike big box places you will rarely find a "out of service" sign. They take pride in their stuff and it shows. Cleanliness: top notch. This isn't a high school gym entrusted with sweat and other suspicious fluids. This place is clean. Even the functional fitness area has a minimal amount of chalk, which if you know is notoriously hard to clean. There are towels and cleaning spray readily available everywhere. Staff and hours: staff is nice and available if you need anything. Selection of energy drinks is modest and serviceable. Gym hours are ok, I like to lift later in the evening (dad life) so I'd appreciate later access but I'm not going to knock them for wanting to get home. Open a reasonable time. Overall a great place. Skip the big box and do yourself a favor and give them a visit."
