"I rarely give 1 star reviews, but this medical group is worthy of it. At every visit, I was asked what my diagnoses were, what medications I was on, and what we did at our last visit. He took me off some medications due to it "not being a good medication for me to be on for my diagnosis," but I never had a plan for me going forward. I never felt like my questions were answered or I was brushed off. I never felt good about any of my visits after I was seen. My final straw after giving multiple chances was when the provider asked who was prescribing a medication for my ADHD when he was the one who prescribed it. Please do your research before scheduling with this group. It will save you a lot of time and money."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS Huge scam. Doctor I saw prescribed me what I had just stressed was a med I was SEVERELY allergic to. Then, when I try to call to get a new medication and speak to my doctor, I can never get through. I've spent MANY weeks calling MULTIPLE times, but they never call back. Then keep sending me bills for appointments when I was not actually serviced in any way. On top of that, the receptionist was horrible and rude each time we spoke. No empathy. CPS made my mental health WORSE."

"My care needs are a bit different than they used to be and are strictly medication related for what I'm working with Dr. Mukherjee for. For what I need, the zoom calls are convenient and easy and I have been shown respect and had easy, simple and direct conversations/check-ins with Dr. Mukherjee. I was able to schedule and get medication quickly and rather easily when I needed it when I started last minute in an emergency situation, and for those things I'm thankful. I do go to therapy elsewhere so the quick 15 minute check-ins for medication are convenient and have been unproblematic at this office. I will happily continue to work with this doctor at this location until it no longer meets my needs."
